ICE BLASTING
MAC3 High-Capacity Solutions for Aerospace Ice Blasting
For SAFRAN, MAC3 developed a robust instrument air package to power autonomous ice blasting machines requiring high mobility at customer sites.
- Performance: The system provides a high capacity of 350 m3/h at air quality 1.4.1.
- Technical Design: It utilizes a MAC3 50hp lubricated screw compressor with Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and a refrigerant dryer maintaining a +3°C dew point.
- System Integrity: The unit is built with stainless steel piping, isolating valves, and an electrical cabinet designed for site-wide power supply and remote data access

MAC3 Roof-Mounted Containerized Air System
This unique MAC3 installation for ECOLE DES MINES (a prestigious French engineering school) was engineered to overcome critical on-site space limitations.
- Innovation: Because the building could not be extended, the entire MAC3 package was installed in a container located on the roof.
- Technical Design: Features two MAC3 30hp VSD lubricated screw compressors and a heat regeneration desiccant dryer.
- Climate Control: The container includes a specialized ducting system for hot air exhaust, integrated cooling and heating for winter, and a PLC system for intelligent multi-compressor room management

Designed for SITINAO, this massive MAC3 air package supports large-scale concrete structure construction.
- High Output: Delivers a capacity of 2700 m3/h at air quality 1.2.1.
- Power: The system is powered by three MAC3 100hp VSD lubricated screw compressors.
- Advanced Management: Includes a full PLC system for multi-compressor management, internal climate control, and a heat regeneration desiccant dryer installed externally due to height constraints
LASER CUTTING
MAC3 High-Purity Nitrogen for Laser-Cutting
MAC3 produced four units of N2 packages for BODOR laser customers, generating nitrogen directly from compressed air for precision cutting.
- Purity & Pressure: Achieves 99.99% nitrogen purity with a booster designed to fill storage bottles at 300 bar.
- Components: Features a MAC3 20hp VSD compressor, a PSA-type nitrogen generator, and activated carbon filters.
- Control: Includes a regulator to supply laser machines at a steady 25-30 bar.
CONSTRUCTION
MAC3 Global N2 Supply for Oil & Gas
Project Evolution:
- Phase 1 (2021-2024): 8 units providing 20 m3/h N2 at 99.9% purity.
- Phase 2 (2025): 12 units produced in a single year with an increased capacity of 24 m3/h N2.
MAC3 Technology:
Each unit utilizes 20/30hp MAC3 lubricated screw compressors and incorporates MODBUS communication to synchronize the compressor and nitrogen generator for optimal performance
